New Computer Lab Opening

Issyk Kul Secondary School is thrilled to announce the opening of our new state-of-the-art computer lab, scheduled for March 15, 2025. This significant upgrade to our technology infrastructure was made possible through a generous donation from TechBridge International, a technology company with roots in our community.

The new facility features 30 high-performance workstations, interactive teaching displays, and specialized software for various subjects including programming, graphic design, and digital media production. The lab will support our expanded computer science curriculum and provide resources for students across all grade levels.

"In today's digital world, computer literacy and technology skills are essential for our students' future success," said the school principal, Mr. Azamat Karimov. "This new lab will significantly enhance our ability to prepare students for higher education and careers in an increasingly technology-driven global economy."

The computer lab will be used for regular IT classes and will also be available during designated hours for students working on projects, research, or developing independent technology skills. Additionally, the school plans to offer community technology workshops on weekends, providing valuable digital literacy training to parents and community members.

A ribbon-cutting ceremony will be held on March 15 at 2:00 PM, with representatives from TechBridge International, local education officials, and student technology ambassadors in attendance. The school community is invited to attend the ceremony and tour the new facility.

This addition to our school facilities represents our commitment to providing students with the resources they need to thrive in the 21st century and develop skills that will serve them throughout their academic and professional lives.
